2025 Gala Invitation and Supporting Materials
Client: Ballet Arizona Materials: Invite Package, Sponsorship Forms, Direct Mail Save the Date, Event Signage and Program. Creating an invitation package for a special event provides opportunities to break away from the traditional look of an organization’s marketing materials. These exciting opportunities can push both visual and format creative boundaries within an organization. Ballet Arizona's Annual Gala invitation and the supporting materials that followed its design language are a great example of event branding across multiple formats. The Ballet's 2023 Gala celebrated a new ballet – The Rite of Spring – created for a special performance at Phoenix's Desert Botanical Garden, and set to Stravinsky’s score of the same name. Inspired by this new ballet that celebrates the earths return of spring and the great surge of creative power that comes with it, the graphics evoke an explosion of botanical life and dance.
